My name is Sarah, and I’m a full-time psychology student studying in Edinburgh.

My fitness journey has been an interesting one. I have no athletic background whatsoever. I never played any sports or engaged in any physical activities growing up, always finding a way to skip gym class in school. I struggled a lot with my weight and self-image growing up, which led to me developing an eating disorder in my first year of university.

It wasn't until I hit my lowest point that I realised I needed to make a change. I knew I needed to start taking care of my body and nourishing it with good food and exercise. I joined a gym with the main goal of gaining weight and building muscle, and although starting out was tough, I began to see progress and feel more confident in my own skin. The gym became my sanctuary, where I learned about the importance of proper nutrition and gained not only weight but also confidence, self-love, and a better relationship with myself.

After going through my own fitness journey, I developed a strong desire to help others achieve their goals through sharing my experience and knowledge. I understand the struggles of starting out and developing a healthy relationship with food. My aim is to inspire and motivate others through sharing workout tips, nutrition advice, and support. I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and strong, and I am committed to creating a positive impact on people's lives through my various workout plans and guides.
