Hey girl, welcome to my space ♡

I'm Sarah, a Psychology graduate based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a fitness content creator helping women build muscle, fuel their bodies without restriction, and develop a lasting relationship with food and exercise.

My fitness journey wasn't straightforward. I had zero athletic background growing up, and struggled with my weight and self-image for years, which eventually led to a really difficult relationship with food during university.

It wasn't until I hit my lowest point that something shifted. I joined a gym with one goal: to gain weight and build muscle. Starting was hard. I had no idea what I was doing. But slowly, through learning about training and nutrition, I didn't just change how I looked, but also how I felt about myself. The gym gave me confidence, structure, and a sense of control I'd never had before.

Five years of lifting later, I now use my platform to help women who are where I was: overwhelmed by conflicting advice, stuck in cycles of restriction or frustration, and looking for someone who actually gets it.

My psychology background shapes everything I do, from how I approach food mindset to how I create content that meets women where they are, not where the fitness industry thinks they should be.

I share workout guides, high-protein recipes, and honest conversations about the stuff nobody else talks about, because I believe getting stronger should make your life better, not harder.
